We stand by our products and offer the following factory warranty terms to the original owners.

Customer Rights (For Australian Customers)

Under Australian Consumer Law, consumers are entitled to a solution of a repair, replacement or refund if a product or service they buy does not meet one of the basic rights under consumer guarantees. 

General Warranty for TAV Bike Products

All of our products have a standard 1-year factory warranty and guarantees that the product is free of defects and is fit for purpose. This warranty excludes 'wear' and replaceable parts (tyres, tubes, brake pads, grips, rotors, etc). 'Wear parts' come with a limited 30 day warranty.

Warranty Exclusions

The standard 1-year warranty is for manufacture defects only and does not cover damages or faults acquired through general wear and tear, improper installation, improper maintenance and/or service, modifications, installation of aftermarket parts, accidents, collisions, abuse, and neglect. This warranty applies only to the original owner of the products and is non-transferrable. When submitting a warranty claim, the product must be inspected in an assembled 'as-is' condition accompanied by the original proof of purchase. The warranty does not cover return shipping costs.

Proof of Purchase Required 

In line with Australian Consumer Laws, the customer must provide a proof of purchase when claiming warranty. For online purchases the invoice will be sent to the email address registered by the customer during checkout. Customer purchasing in-store will be provided a printed receipt and/or emailed receipt.
