Shipping Policy

All orders are processed as quickly as possible and our sent either through Australia Post, Star Track or other similar courier service. Please note that only residential or commercial addresses are accepted, and we cannot post items to a PO Box.

Shipping is Free for all products on the TAV Bikes Store.

 

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

All Australian customers are covered under Australian Consumer Law. Our products have a limited 1-year Manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. Should you receive a faulty product or if a component fails during the warranty period, please contact our team at TAV Bikes for information so we can find a solution for you.
